Sighting

One of the last birds we saw on Sunday's CBC was a banded adult Red-shouldered Hawk on Pa Ha Lane, just west of the new USFS/BLM offices. The bird's right leg had a red band with white lettering and the left leg had a white/silver band (not aluminum?). This is the first time we've seen any RSHA's with bands around Bishop. Any ideas?
