Sighting

On 28 Dec half way from Big Pine to Glacier Lodge a large flock of Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches crossed the road. Good looks while counting produced no "black" ones. The flock was not there on the return trip. This is the largest number by far of any reported in this canyon ever.
