This beautiful raptor has been perched today on a willow just west of Barlow and north of Hwy 395 in the cow pasture. It's southwest of Parker's house. It's kiting and hunting in the field also. It has a nearly pure white head with a distinctive black spot on the back of the head. Black belly-band, white at base of tail and wide black band at end of tail. This is a gorgeous bird!
