Two Phainopeplas and a gray fox in Birchim this morning

The phainopeplas were both females, down in the "old cars" area of Birchim Cyn (on the way to the housing). The fox was across the creek on the hillside in the same area. Got a good look at this beautiful mammal. Had lots of reddish points and a black stripe down the top of its tail to the tip. A yellow warbler on its nest was also found in a willow over the creek in the same area.
