Black Swifts up Horton Creek this morning (June 6)

While doing our PRBO Horton Crk survey we found a pairflying over the willows of the creek above the campground. From what little we know, these birds often nest under waterfalls and can fly hundred(s)(?) of miles in a day to feed.We had found this species in last years survey here also.
