Description

The same Surf Scoter (at least it looked the same to me)was at Cartago Ponds as last week. This week I also saw a Bufflehead male at Cartago, which is our first sigthing for the fall at Owens Lake. At the water discharge area north of the managed veg plot I had two Pectoral Sandpipers and 6 Snowy Plovers among other usual suspects.
