Description

Yesterday Michael, Brian Daniels and I birded FCR and points east and south during overcast and light rainy conditions. There was a female Gommon Goldeneye at the airport ponds and two were at the pond at Death Valley Junction. At least six Hooded Mergansers were scattered around FCR and two Common Moorhens were on the pond in the middle of the golf course. One Lewis's woodpecker remains at the Ranch and a very cooperative American Tree Sparrow was at the Inn. Mike San Miguel Arcadia CA
