Sighting

HY Harris's Sparrow on 26 Oct between the hotel and the sewage pond at Furnace Creek Ranch. HY Dickcissel and 2 Swamp Sparrows in the weedy overgrown palm orchard in the center of the golf course on the same day. A White-throated Sparrow at the Inn. Another White-throated Sparrow and an HY male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker at Scotty's Castle on 26-27 Oct.  Photos of the Dickcissel and the sapsucker will be sent to the Heindels.
