Sighting

On 6 Dec an adult Bald Eagle was at Klondike Lake and 6 adult and 5 immature Tundra Swans were at Tinemaha Reservoir. Both are quite late for our First of Fall birds as they usually arrive in early November. A Merlin at Steward Lane, south of Big Pine, was the pale "Richardson's" race.
