Borrowing Owl, Darwin and G/W Teal, Dirty Socks

Sighting

A single BuOw at the same place in Darwin that I saw one on 9/29/05. Could it be wintering? Also, ~120 Green-winged Teal were gathered together at Dirty Sox.
