Sighting

Juvenile Golden Eagle seen Saturday (12/2) around 3pm ¾ miles directly west of Fish Slough road over Chidago Canyon flying east down canyon. Voice confirmed by Cornell bird calls; viewed from below, in flight only. Dark overall and uniform in tone. Distinctive under wing white patches at the base of flight feathers. Barely saw white base at the tail.
