Rough-legged Hawk, dark morph, Blackrock area

Sighting

Seen late morning at the Blackrock waterfowl area. All dark body, head and wing lining. Wings from under neath, secondaries and primaries light gray to almost white with dark outline on trailing edge to wing tips, but not connecting to to dark wing lining on leading edge. Tail was light like wing feathers with dark band near end. Also present where Ferruginous and Red-tailed Hawk, and No. Harrier.
