Rough-legged Hawk, dark morph, Blackrock areaObservers: J. Zatorski SightingSeen late morning at the Blackrock waterfowl area. All dark body, head and wing lining. Wings from under neath, secondaries and primaries light gray to almost white with dark outline on trailing edge to wing tips, but not connecting to to dark wing lining on leading edge.
