Townsend's Warbler in Birchim Canyon this morning

From: Jim and Debby Parker
Date: 6/9/99
Time: 11:19:45 AM
Remote Name:

An imm. male (dark in the throat) hanging out high between the green gate (east end of canyon) and the dense willow grove slightly to the west of the gate. We also had a male Indigo Bunting and approx. 10 Black-headed grosbeaks. We are posting this as this is late (according to local resource material) for this species to be moving through during its spring migration.
