Today, out Hwy 6 into Mono County, just into Hammil Valley, at White Mountain Ranch Rd, we had 3 Rough-legged, 1 Ferruginous, and 3 Red-tailed Hawks and 3 Northern Harriers. Further north along Hwy 6 was a Prairie Falcon and 5 more Red-tails. A flock of 23 Mountain Bluebirds and many flocks of Horned Larks. To see the Rough-legged Hawks, park just east of Hwy 6 on White Mt.Ranch Road and look north into the field.
