Saw this individual yesterday 1/14 hanging out with the numerous (15+) Great Blue Herons that frequent the north side of the cement-lined (northern-west) pond. Size was comperable to the GBHEs, long legs and feet were blackish, long bill was yellowish orange with yellow lores, no nape plumes. The GBHEs didn't seem to appreciate its presence.
