I had an incredible view of 6 species of swallows along with a Western Kingbird and Yellow-headed blackbirds resting on the fence around the "medium" Nik & Nik pond, about 5-10 feet ahead out my windshield from the parking area on the right side of the road at 6:30 PM. All of a sudden, out of the pond I had just scanned, and in which I had found only two coots, 59+ White-faced Ibis flew up and circled around the pond and my vehicle.
