This morning (20 May) I first heard (ziiiiip-chew), then saw a male Northern Parula between 6:30AM and 8:30AM. It had a rusty breast band, two white wing bars, split eye ring, and a bright green back patch. A first spring female American Redstart was in the cottonwood between the ponds.
