Western ? Gull  at  Crowley Lake

Interesting gull at the end of the NW Arm of Crowley Lake. Juvenile plummage and all the markings of a western except the bill didn't look right. Hybrid? If you get a chance check it out and take a few photos if possible. Boots required. About 4-5 pm of August 1st.
