Crowley Lake update

Description

We had a good half day birding the north shore area with 25 species. By far the highlights where a female Surf Scoter and 10 Tundra Swans, a complete list follows. Common Loon, Eared & Western Grebe, D-C Cormorant, Great Blue Heron, Tundra Swan, Canada Goose, Mallard, No. Pintail, No. Shoveler, Lesser Scaup, Surf Scoter, Com. Goldeneye, Bufflehead, Rudy Duck, No. Harrier, Am. Coot, Killdeer, LB Dowitcher, Cal. Gull, Com. Raven, Horned Lark, Am. Pipit, W. Meadowlark & Brewer's Blackbird. We also had a Greater Yellowlegs at Little Hot Creek, and 2 Ross's Goose, a slew of Ring-necked Ducks, and a spattering of Coots at Mill Pond.
