Sighting

Jim spotted the Hooded Oriole male at our oriole feeder this morn and at Wishing Well Bridge, west of Meadowcreek the House Wren was singing loudly in a willow tree near the creek and easy to see later in the morning. It lacked the distinct white supercilium of the Bewick's Wren. Also heard nearby was a Common Yellowthroat doing it's "Clicky" call notes but it stayed hidden in the rabbitbrush so never got to see it. Most exciting time of the year !
