Sighting

A hike up Black Canyon yielded at least 2 female type RUHU's. Their distinctive Zee-chupidy-chup call confirmed the ID. Broad-tailed which might breed there were seen at the springs in Marble & Black Cans. Black-chinned were agressively defending patches of Scarlet Monkey Flower. Although I won't go to the wall for it, I feel that I possibly had at least one Costa's at each Marble & Black Can. springs. All of the hummers seen were either females or juveniles; I didn't see any clear cut males of any species.
