Plain white breast, whitish head like a bald eagle, wide black tail band and black patches on the wings, it was a flashy raptor. The bill was mostly yellow, as we watched the bird through our scope perched on a willow snag behind our house. It then flew toward Brockman and the huge cottonwoods along the road. (Brockman N. of Hwy 395).
