Sighting

This eastern warbler was heard first, singing about 3/4 of the way down the row of cottonwoods on the right side. Since it was extremely windy, it took awhile to locate up in the leaves. It showed a rich yellow throat outlined in black with a large black triangular patch around the eye and a white supercilium on a dark head. When Jon Dunn saw it, he said it was the expected race at this time of albilora. Others got to see it too even though the windy conditions made it rough to relocate.
