On August 13, there was a Solitary Sandpiper at the June Lake sewage ponds. At Crowley Reservoir there were 12 Black Terns, one Lesser Yellowlegs, 2 White-faced Ibis , many Eared Grebes with chicks on their backs, and 13 Great Egrets (This may be a new Mono high count). At Black Lake there were 31 White-Faced Ibis , and at dusk 18 Common Nighthawks flew over Sawmill Meadows in the Glass Mountain Range.
