On Monday the 27th, at 630am, I had 5 light phase Swainson's Hawk pass over my friend place in Lancaster, near 20th street west and Ave M. They were low and flying to the north, all passing within 3 minutes. I had thought that someone in the Owens Valley would have maybe reported this hawk.
