Sighting

Late Saturday morning about 9 miles NW of Nic & Nic. Flew off from the ground about 20' away from under/behind a sagebrush. Very pale with 2 dark marks under the wing near the tip and near the wrist. Face very round and pale with no disernable ears. Also saw Black-throated Sparrows, Say's Pheobe, Rock Wrens, Possible Horned Lark, and the ubiquitous White-crowned Sparrows. Plus 9 Mule Deer Does, 4 rabbits, 2 horny toads, and sand blossoms.
