On 17 Sep a Blackpoll was found in the willows at the northwest corner of Tinemaha Reservoir, just south of Tinemaha Creek. It was a green warbler with black back streaks, two broad, white wing bars, white belly and undertail coverts, and yellow legs. There are about 50 records for Inyo County with most found from early Sep to early Oct. There were also two Common Terns there showing the distinct black carpal bars.
