White-throated swifts at Nik and Nik's ponds March 4th

While watching ducks at the west pond, a huge flock of between 40 and 50 swifts came in swirling around and skimming the pond surface, holding wings up at a high angle, drinking. We heard them first with their buzzy sharp vocalizations.
