I hope someone might have time to visit Yellow jacket Springs and follow up on the Cactus wren--this would represent first No. Calif nesting record!! Mono: ----- On June 9th, 21 Willow Flycatchers were seen and heard in Mono Lake County Park on the North shore of Mono Lake. At Tioga Lake near Tioga Pass, 3 Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches were seen picking at the snow bank on the west side of Route 120. (PJM)
Tuolomne: --------- On June 9th, a booming Blue Grouse and several Mountain Quail were reported at Olmstead Point on Route 120 west of Tioga Pass.(PJM)
