Clarification: I mis-spoke in saying no proof of breeding when I meant in the northern corner of the county. Andrew Kirk has two breeding records for Hogback Creek, west of Independence, in July 1991 and 1992 and there are two breeding records for Wildrose in Death Valley in 1962 and 1995.
