A stroll up the road along side the resevoir provided exelent birding right from the road.Sage Sparrows, Bewicks Wrens, Flickers, Red Tailed Hawk, Coopers Hawk, Great Blue Heron, Common Snipe, Killdeer, Pied-billed Grebe. --Duck Anyone?-- Bufflehead, Gadwall, Redhead, Ring-necked D, Common Goldeneye, and Ruddy D. I'm relatively new to the area, so I don't know how long this display will last at this local. It's worth a looksee.
