just wanted to know if anybody had seen the unusual Red-winged Blackbird at the Sewer Ponds. it is a normal male but with an all-white bib that extends down mid-breast and up as a half necklace. most bizarre. sorry, i didn't have a camera. seen today with noah hamm midday.
