The Owl is at Brown's campground at the south end of Bishop at campsite# 47 (this is second hand). There is also a Red shouldered hawk nest in the back of city park in bishop. Solitary Sandpiper seen at Farmer's Pond on the 5th and confirmed a day later by Parkers and Howard, Near brockman this weekend we saw a male Northern Harrier performing his loopy display. Also three Ross's geese seen at Bishop sewer ponds on 4/9/00. What a great place to live!
