Today a flock of 8 Pinyon Jays flew over the meadow west of Meadowcreek subdivision, calling loudly. I had my first Yellow Warbler for Inyo Co. at the East Dixon bridge canal road (runs south of Dixon at east end). Bright yellow male with distinct orange streaks on front.
