May 2nd, mid-afternoon. Roughly 30-40 Lazuli Buntings on the move in this area, continual movement observed from the willows at Harry Birch Springs over the sagbrush, pausing there and then dropping down to Sawmill Creek. One Indigo Bunting among them perched in the willows at one of the springs above the old corral.
