This morning I saw the RNPH in Area 8NW just north of Sulfate RD in the large pond. It was coming into its breeding plumage nicely, with a red neck, white throat, dark face and small white crescent-shaped patches over the eyes. I saw another RNPH, in nonbreeding plumage, in Area 6S off of road 6.
