Description

Our yard and behind hse is hoppin with migrants! At wishing well bridge, around 40-50 Yellow-rumped Warblers were flying thru the willows. A spectacled vireo appeared briefly then disappeared, leaving us to wonder if it was a Plumbeous or Cassin's. The best was a gorgeous bright male Mac, with its gray hood, thick white eye-cups, contrasting yellow belly and olive back. Orioles and hummers galore at our feeders too. Chris and Rosie's Western Tanager was sure pretty.
