The Wrentit responded to a tape. It perched near me and sang so hard its whole body vibrated. I believe a female was singing too. It sounded the way Sibley decribes the female song but I am unfamiliar with it. The Long-tailed Duck was sticking tight to two coots. The bill was full alternate male but the plumage was in-between winter and summer male. (Makes sense.)
