Description

The other night Gayle and I were sitting under her Mimosa tree and we thought we saw several of the smallest Hummers we had ever seen, actively feeding on the blossoms, hovering in mid-air,pointed "beaks"sipping away..turns out they are Hummingbird Moths, 1"-2"usually in groups of 4-10 at dusk in flowering trees and shrubs...first we've heard of them..anybody else get fooled?
