On 7 Mar we had an adult male Cassin's Finch in our yard. On 8 Mar a Clark's Grebe was at Klondike Lake for our first of spring. It had a orange bill (not yellow), pale gray sides and flanks, and the eye was in the white of the face. This bird in right on time!
