Sighting

Forgot to mention the single Bank Swallow that was first heard giving its buzzy "electrical" sounding call-note and then seen as it swooped over the ponds with a variety of other swallows yesterday. Also good to know that the White-faced Ibis come into the ponds later in the afternoon, wonder which flooded field they're feeding in during the middle of the day ? Maybe the hang- gliders know.
