On 9 June a pair of Eared Grebes were nest building at Tinemaha Reservoir. If successful this will be the 3rd breeding record for Inyo County. Clark's Grebes are nesting and a pair of Canada Geese were leading their 4 goslings around. A male American Wigeon, rare now, and a female Bufflehead, casual at this time, were also on the reservoir.
