Driving by Tioga Lake at 6:15am June 20, Sunday, I saw an adult Bald Eagle (it did seem to have 2 dark tail feathers, however.) It was on top of a tree facing the lake, back to the Tioga Pass Rd. I understand that it had been seen for several days there.
