Sighting

At noon today, I spotted a smaller, different looking rapter soaring over Stewart Ln. The bird was pretty light in color with a lot of white. The underside of the primaries were medium gray and the secondaries and wing lining were very light almost white. Once the bird 'Kited' for me I could see the all white tail and the dark spots at the shoulders in the wings. It gave me a brief look at the upper part of the wings at this point and the black shoulders on the upper wing were easily seen. The body and head were not pure white, but had brown streaks on them which leads me to think this is a juvinal bird. When I lost site of the bird, it was heading north.
