Jim found the Bay-breasted Warbler while looking for the Worm-eating Warbler. This one actually has the "bay" color (pinkish-orange) on the sides below the folded wings. The location was at the far end of the campground & it was with a flock of Yellow-rumped Warblers & Mountain Chickadees. This flock seems to move around, so check for the Bay in any flocks of Yellow-rumped Warblers. Other birders arrived later in the day and got to see the Worm-eating Warbler in the original tree that Claus and Bill found it in. With the south wind that we're having, the warblers might not migrate tonight and might still be present tomorrow if the direction of the wind doesn't change,Tom Heindel noted.
