Mike Halderman from Nevada joined us at Furnace Creek Ranch and we together saw a Gray Catbird, 2 Harris's Sparrows, and 3 or more White-throated Sparrows. Separately, Liga and I saw 2 female Vermilion Flycatchers, a Lapland Longspur, and were startled by a coyote chasing thru a ditch to catch a Sora. All this in the date grove and golf course margins.
