While doing field work yesterday, I was serenaded by many calls of the local marsh birds including VIRA & SORA. Also singing were Red-winged & Yellow-headed Blackbird, Savannah Sparrow, Common Yellowthroat, Marsh Wren among others. This is a great time to study these calls at your local marsh.
