Sighting

One found dead on 12/21, near "tank crossing" bridge - the first good dirt road south of the sewer ponds, a mile east of the highway. I doubt it has been dead for more than a day, no decay and the blood was fresh. Its chest had been partially eaten but otherwise no obvious wounds of any type. Could/would a Goshawk take down a Ferrug? Or?
