Just N of Georges Crk., E of 395 in saltbrush meadow habitat. Also had a single bird singing, along with others only chipping, up on the table lands on Saturday, Jan 21; it was about 5 miles up Casa Diablo Rd. from the river. Ahhh the sweet sounds of spring are coming.
