On both Saturday and Sunday mornings I saw a Rough-legged Hawk along Twin Lakes Rd. On Saturday it was soaring over the grasslands, and on Sunday it was sitting on a fence post. A Tundra Swan was found on the south side of Bridgeport Reservoir where the ice has broken up.
